An occupancy permit for the second building of the Murapol Malta investment in Poznań has been issued. This means that our clients will receive the keys to 90 modern apartments. The last ones are still on offer.
Thus, building 2, which has already obtained occupancy permit, has been joined by a second building, which means the completion of the entire estate. The Murapol Malta investment was built at W. Dymka Street. Residents of this estate will be able to enjoy the charms of the nearby Malta Lake and actively rest using the nearby recreational areas. As part of this investment, were created studios and 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-room apartments with an area of 25 to 98 sq m. In total, over 1,000 people will live in two buildings.
