We build the best places in the world

We are one of the largest and most experienced residential developers in Poland. Since the beginning of our activities up until 31 March 2022, we have carried out 71 multi-stage residential investments, wherein 340 buildings were constructed, with over 21,4 thousand apartments. Our investment map covers 17 locations, both in larger agglomerations, such as: Warsaw, Cracow, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź or the Tri-City, as well as smaller towns with a large potential for housing development activities, like Bydgoszcz, Toruń or Wieliczka. We’re offering apartments in the prevalent popular segment, but also in popular premium segment with additional amenities like the anti-smog package or smart home solutions.

Our history

  1. 2001

    We’re beginning our activity

    We are beginning our activity with the construction of an apartment building at Olszówki Street in Cygański Las, a district of Bielsko-Biała. We’re purchasing an investment real estate in yet another district of Bielsko-Biała – Kamienica.

  2. 2003

    First multi-phase investment

    In Bielsko-Biała we are carrying out the first stage of the Cztery Pory Roku estate, followed by Cztery Pory Roku II. We’re buying land for the third stage of the investment. It is the first large residential estate in the capital of Podbeskidzie constructed by a developer.

  3. 2004

    We’re entering Cracow

    We’re opening a branch in Cracow. We’re beginning the implementation of our investment at Czerwieńskiego Street, the first of many in the city. We’re becoming owners of three more land plots in Bielsko-Biała.

  4. 2005

    We’re expanding our offer in Bielsko-Biała

    In Cracow, at Czerwieńskiego Street we’re carrying out an investment with 37 apartments. We’re expanding our residential offer in Bielsko-Biała. At Gościnna Street, we’re constructing for detached houses, while at Tuwima Street – terraced houses with 20 apartments.

  5. 2006

    Another stage of development

    We’re implementing IBM’s software to improve investment implementation and more effective company operations. We’re also purchasing further land in Bielsko-Biała and Cracow, to construct more residential estates.

  6. 2007

    New branches in Wrocław and Tychy

    We’re transforming Murapol Sp. z o.o. into a joint stock company. We’re creating new branches in Wrocław and Tychy, where we’re simultaneously acquiring attractive plots of land. The Tychy investment - Cztery Pory Roku is launched, with a target of 800 apartments.

  7. 2008

    A debut in Gdańsk and Katowice

    We’re beginning our operations in Gdańsk and Katowice. Our first ever apartment auction proved a great success. We’re expanding our team by qualified development design managers.

  8. 2009

    We’re introducing bonds to the ASO Catalyst

    The global economic crisis has not stopped our activities. We’re debuting on the Catalyst bond market. In Cracow, in the vicinity of the Old Town, we are finishing the construction of the Cieszyńska Apartments. We’re entering Wieliczka near Cracow with a residential and service complex – Przy Parku.

  9. 2010

    We’re starting the Affiliate Program

    We are expanding our activities by implementing investments with partners who own land. We’re building apartments in Katowice (Mała Skandynawia), Wrocław (Zielony Zakątek), Bielsko-Biała (at Grunwaldzka Street). We are also starting commercial projects in Gdańsk (Nordika) and Bielsko-Biała (at Partyzantów Street). We are conducting a series of negotiations on further investments, as a result of which we are acquiring attractive locations in Wrocław (Krzyki), Wieliczka, Bielsko-Biała (Straconka).

  10. 2011

    A new company and further branches

    We’re creating the company Kredyt Konsulting (today Home Credit Group), whose advisors help clients regulate the formalities related to obtaining mortgage loans. We’re opening branches in Warsaw and Poznań and start housing investments there (Cztery Pory Roku, Nowe Winogrady). We are building in Wieliczka (Królewskie Tarasy), Bielsko-Biała (Słoneczne Bulwary), Wrocław (Mała Toskania), Gdańsk (Osiedle Vivaldi). We are expanding the housing estate in Tychy.

  11. 2012

    Another good result

    We’re exceeding 1,000 contracts concluded with clients in one year. We are expanding our offer with new investments in Katowice (Murapol Bażantów), Wieliczka (Osiedle Secesja), and Wrocław (Różana Dolina). We are completing the construction of the Nordika office and service complex. We are also starting the next stages in the estates in Bielsko-Biała, Tychy, Kraków, Warsaw and Gdańsk.

  12. 2013

    We’re on the podium in the ranking of the largest developers

    We are in the third position among the largest developers in Poland according to Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. We are finalizing the first stages of investments in Bielsko-Biała (Słoneczne Bulwary, Zielone Wzgórze), Gdańsk (Osiedle Vivaldi), Wieliczka (Osiedle Secesja) and immediately begin their expansion. We’re signing contracts for the construction of two new housing estates in Warsaw.

  13. 2014

    We’re strengthening our position among developers

    We’re closing the year with 1,904 apartments sold, which gives us the second best result in Poland. Opening new branches in Siewierz, where we co-create the first sustainable district in Poland, Siewierz Jeziorna. Millions of viewers watch the program "Bitwa o Dom" realized at Osiedle Cztery Pory Roku in Warsaw's Białołęka district. We’re starting our activity in another city - Toruń. Together with TFI Altus, we’re creating the Murapol DC Fund, which is met with great interest from investors and financiers.

  14. 2015

    We are the leader

    With 2,400 contracts for the sale of apartments, we’re achieving the best result among all development companies in Poland. We are opening new branch in Toruń. We’re also operating in the field of CSR: we’re organizing the Murapol Cup tournament in Krakow, we’re supporting the implementation of Enduro Trails bicycle paths, we’re helping in the expansion of the school in Tanzania.

  15. 2016

    We are achieving record sales

    As the first developer in the history of the Polish real estate market, we sold over 3,000 apartments during the year. Magdalena Różczka - one of the most respected and liked Polish actresses, becomes the ambassador of the Murapol Group and the face of the campaign promoting the idea of owning a new apartment. We’re organizing the largest Polish Open Door Day in history. The perfectly located Murapol Parki Warszawy investment at Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue is available on sale.

  16. 2017

    Another great yearly sales result

    We’re closing the year with 3,605 apartments sold. The portfolio of the Murapol Group is also enriched by Skarbiec TFI. Further new investments in Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław, Toruń and Łódź go on sale. We are involved in sponsoring Widzew Łódź. We are also becoming the majority shareholder of the construction company Awbud.

  17. 2018

    A record in apartment hand overs

    We’re handing over the keys to 2,593 premises - that's 125 percent more year to year. Our portfolio of projects under construction includes over 6,700 apartments. We modernized the visual line and introduced a new logo. We continued to engage in professional and amateur sport, sponsoring, among the others, Widzew Łódź and the Football Academy 21.

  18. 2019

    Innovations and new Ambassador

    We signed nearly 3,700 contracts for the sale of apartments, achieving the best result on the market. We handed over more than 3,100 premises to the owners. We entered another Silesian city with our offer - Mikołów. In the offered apartments, we introduced an anti-smog package as standard and the possibility of installing a smart home system. Andrzej Bargiel, an outstanding ski-mountaineer, became our new Ambassador.

  19. 2020

    We are expanding our offer by even more cities

    In 2020, we recorded high results in the sale and handover of apartments. We signed 2,720 development and preliminary contracts. We won the 1st place in the National Ranking of Housing Developers, organized by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. We entered two more cities: Bydgoszcz and Sosnowiec.

  20. 2021

    High performance and new market segment

    The highest sales among developers at the level of over 4. 5 thousand units. Entering the dynamically developing segment of institutional rental of premises (PRS), establishing cooperation with Ares Group, the leading entity managing alternative investments, advised by Griffin Capital Partners.
