During the last twelve months, as the Murapol Group, we have achieved highly satisfactory operating results. To secure the potential for further growth, we doubled our land investments y/y.
Throughout 2021, we acquired 16 new properties in 11 Polish cities. The strategic changes introduced last year include entering the developing segment of institutional rental of premises (PRS).
In 2021, we sold a record number of premises - 4,532, including 2,809 development and preliminary contracts with retail clients, and we sold 1,723 units to the PRS segment. From the beginning of January to the end of December, we handed over the keys to 2,926 apartments to our clients. During this period, we introduced 3,123 flats and investment apartments to our offer.
At the end of 2021, our portfolio of projects under construction included 6,449 units with a total usable area of nearly 261.5 thousand. sq m, developed in 75 buildings, as part of 19 projects in 14 cities. Murapol Group had an active land bank for the construction of over 20.5 thousand premises with a total usable area of approx. 911.2 thousand sq m.
