The Murapol Group has obtained an occupancy permit for three buildings that are part of the Murapol Osiedle Smart at Strobanda in Toruń. These are 156 new residential premises that are now being handed over to buyers. The apartments are ready for collection, because the keys can be obtained immediately after purchase.
Murapol Osiedle Smart is located in a green and quiet part of Toruń, in the Wrzosy district, surrounded by forest areas. The investment is also close to Grudziądzka Street, which leads to the city center in 10 minutes. Near the estate, tourist and recreational areas are being developed, educational paths, playgrounds and outdoor gyms are being created. Park na Jarze is also located near the investment, and in a few months a new tram line is to be launched in this area, which will allow residents to easily and quickly reach plac NOT.
So far, 7 intimate buildings with 376 apartments have been completed as part of the investment.
