Murapol Group, one of Poland’s largest and most experienced residential property developers, maintained strong sales to retail customers in the first half of 2026, reaching 1,569 units. Of this total, 1,330 units were covered by developer and preliminary agreements, while 239 units related to reservation agreements with paid reservation fees, net of cancellations.
The highest number of units in the developer segment was sold in Łódź (241), Gdańsk (192) and Warsaw (169). Apartments priced below PLN 600,000 accounted for 76% of the Group’s sales, reflecting the strongest demand among homebuyers.
In the first half of the year, the Group handed over keys to 841 units to retail customers, representing a 12% year-on-year decrease, primarily due to the schedule of ongoing development projects. As a result, revenue from sales declined by 12% year-on-year to PLN 465.7 million. Net profit for the first half of the year amounted to PLN 70.1 million.
As at the end of June 2026, Murapol offered a broad portfolio of nearly 4,100 units across 15 cities. During the first half of 2026, the Group launched 1,023 units for sale in Warsaw, Łódź, Wrocław, Toruń and Siewierz. This means that more than 74% of newly launched units were located in major metropolitan areas, which have historically accounted for approximately 70% of sales and where the Group intends to systematically increase its presence. Among projects under development for retail customers (R4S), as much as 77% are located in metropolitan areas (80% including PRS projects). In the case of R4S projects under preparation, metropolitan areas currently account for nearly 76% of the portfolio.
