The beginning of the year was a period of hard work for us in every area, from the finalization of projects under construction to the continuous expansion of our land bank.
Net sales to retail customers, realized from January to March, amounted to 862 residential units. Of this, we signed 729 development and preliminary contracts and an additional 133 paid reservation contracts. In the first three months of this year, we handed over the keys to 1,081 units to our customers. We added 355 apartments to our offer in the next phases of developments in Bydgoszcz, Łódź, Sosnowiec, Siewierz and Wieliczka. As of March 31 this year, our portfolio of projects under construction included 6,448 units in 59 buildings under construction as part of 20 projects in 12 cities. At the end of the first quarter, we had an active land bank for the construction of nearly 20,600 apartments.
