Murapol Panorama is the Murapol Group’s latest project in Gdańsk. As part of the first phase of the development on Czerska Street, we are introducing two buildings with 105 apartments, featuring units ranging in size from 31 to 67 square meters, in 2-, 3-, and 4-room layouts. The project will stand out thanks to numerous amenities for residents and a location that combines an urban lifestyle with proximity to green spaces and recreational areas.
Ultimately, Murapol Panorama will comprise a complex of 5 buildings with 270 apartments, complemented by common areas designed with residents’ relaxation, activities, and daily needs in mind.
One of the project’s distinguishing features will be its wide range of amenities. A green clearing will be created within the development, providing a space for relaxation and family picnics, along with an outdoor Murapol Gym. One of the buildings will also feature a DIY workshop, designed for home improvement projects, minor repairs, or working on personal projects. For pet owners, a dedicated dog run and a dog wash station will be provided.
Murapol Panorama is being built in Gdańsk’s Orunia district, in a setting that allows residents to enjoy both the city’s amenities and nearby green spaces. Nearby attractions include Ferber Park and the Radunia Canal, and the location also provides easy access to downtown Gdańsk and coastal recreational areas.
