We are kicking off the new year with a bang and starting it with a unique promotion, “New Year, New Discounts,” in which we are offering customers a pool of investment apartments and flats with attractive bonuses worth up to PLN 146,000.
The promotion includes properties with various layouts and sizes – from compact studios to spacious 4- and 5-room apartments ranging from 25 to 89 m². Some of them are already ready for occupancy, allowing you to start decorating immediately after purchase. In addition, all apartments and investment apartments are equipped with an anti-smog package as standard, and buyers can also take advantage of the smart home system.
The January promotional pool includes a total of 330 apartments and investment apartments in 26 developments in 16 cities. Depending on the selected property, customers can take advantage of a bonus package including:
• a discount on the price of an apartment or investment apartment,
• a discount on the price of a parking space,
• a discount on the price of the smart home system.
The total value of the bonuses can be as high as PLN 146,000 in Gdańsk, PLN 125,000 in Kraków, and PLN 121,000 in Wrocław.
