Murapol Dynamiq Estate is a modernly designed residential investment surrounded by the Tri-City Landscape Park and friendly single-family housing in the Chwarzno-Wiczlino estate. We have created this place with a view to people looking for their permanent place in the Tri-City, although far from the hustle and bustle of the agglomeration. - An anti-smog package is included as standard in all flats . Nanofiber membrane filters protect the interiors from pollutants, pollen, dust or insects.
- The staircases and corridors will consist of, inter alia, durable grès tiles, decorative furniture panels imitating wood or energy-efficient LED linear fixtures. Entrance halls will be fitted with large mirrors and stainless steel mailboxes.
- Paved terraces with green gardens of up to 92 sq. m will belong to each flat on the ground floor.
- Additional outdoor space in the form of spacious balconies of up to 9 sq. m will also be provided for flats on the floors. Constructed with thermal insulation joints, the structures will prevent heat loss from the interior.
- High and large windows using the Portfenet system will provide very good insolation for the flats.
- A charging station for electric vehicles will be designed on the site of the estate, so that users of the increasingly popular 'electrics' will be able to use them with ease.
- Within the estate, a recreational zone has been created with a playground for the youngest and leisure greenery to strengthen the building of neighbourly relations and stimulate activity among residents.
- There will be service establishments on the estate, so residents will have an access to, for example, a bakery, a small shop, a beautician or a coffee shop right outside their homes.

- The estate is excellently located in terms of communication, because in just 7 minutes by car you can reach the Tri-City Ring Road and move expressly around the entire agglomeration. In 10 minutes you can reach the Kaszuby Route.
- The Gdynia Główna railway station, and therefore the city centre, can be reached in just 15 minutes by car..
- 150 m (2 min on foot) from the investment there is a public transport stop (bus lines nos. 100, 147, 700).
- The nearest SKM stop is Gdynia Karwiny - 12 min by car. From there, the S2 line runs in the direction of Gdańsk Śródmieście and Wejherowo.
- Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport is a 20-minute drive away.
- Only 800 m (10 minutes on foot) separates the future residents of the investment from the Tri-City Landscape Park. The abundance of forest snows and natural wealth will allow you to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in the bosom of nature.
