Two buildings of our Bydgoszcz investment, located on Akademicka Street, have been granted occupancy permits! As a result, we can hand over the keys to 170 modern apartments to the residents! You can still find ready-to-collect apartments in both these and previously completed buildings in our offer.
Murapol Osiedle Akademickie is located in the New Fordon district, between the campus of the Bydgoszcz University of Technology and the recreational areas of the future Academic Park.
Ready-to-buy apartments are available in a wide range of square meters and layouts. All units on the floors have spacious balconies, and those on the first floor - terraces paved with pavers and green gardens. In the buildings of the project we have implemented a Home Management System, which allows the use of smart home technology, and the apartments have been equipped as standard with anti-smog filters to ensure clean air inside.
We have put at the disposal of motorized residents parking spaces above ground and in garage halls. We have also planned a charging station for electric vehicles and a children's playground within the estate. In addition, out of concern for the environment, energy-efficient LED lighting has been installed in the common areas of the buildings.
