In the first six months of 2025, we signed 1403 development and preliminary agreements with retail customers for investments in 16 cities, compared with 1438 in 1H2024. In addition, as at 30.06.2025, we had 172 paid reservation agreements after eliminating cancellations (at the end of 1H2024 - 83). Summing up the sales results of the Murapol Group, total sales to retail customers, including paid reservation contracts and after eliminating cancellations amounted to 1575 units, against 1521 in 1H2024.
We handed over keys to 946 units in 13 cities to retail customers in the first half of 2025, compared to 1295 units issued a year earlier.
Between January and June 2025, the Murapol Group launched 1126 units in 5 projects in 4 cities.
As at 30 June 2025, the Murapol Group's portfolio of projects under construction included 8630 units under construction in 104 buildings developed as part of 29 projects in 14 cities.
The Murapol Group is systematically renewing and expanding its active land bank. As at 30 June 2025, it had an active land bank for the construction of more than 20,000 units with a total net usable area of more than 881,100 sq m in 18 cities.
In more than 24 years of operation (until 30 June 2025), the Murapol CG has completed 94 multi-phase investments, with 464 buildings comprising a total of nearly 32.3 thousand units with a total usable area of more than 1.42 million sqm.
