In the first quarter of 2025, we signed 707 development and preliminary agreements with retail customers. In addition, as of March 31, we had 174 paid reservation contracts after eliminating cancellations. From January to the end of March, we handed over the keys to 657 units in 12 cities. During this period, we introduced 1,045 units in 4 developments in 3 cities, namely Warsaw, Łódź and Toruń.
As of March 31, 2025, the Murapol Group's portfolio of projects under construction included a record 8,686 units under construction in 106 buildings developed in 28 projects in 14 cities, including 7,045 units in the retail segment and 1,641 units in the PRS segment. As of the end of March, we had an active land bank for the construction of nearly 20,000 units with a total net floor area of nearly 862,000 square meters in 19 cities.
In more than 24 years of operation (until March 31, 2025), we have completed 92 multi-phase developments, with 460 buildings comprising a total of nearly 32 thousand units with a total usable area of more than 1.4 million square meters.
