The first stage of Murapol Osiedle Zen has been completed. Within three 2- and 3-storey buildings located on the southern side of the project site, we have designed 173 flats with compact 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-room layouts and a wide range of floor areas. Each flat comes with additional outdoor space in the form of a terrace with a spacious and green garden or a balcony of up to 9 square metres.
Residents in their four walls have also been equipped with an anti-smog package, providing protection against external pollution, allergens or insects. In addition, residents have the opportunity to use state-of-the-art smart home devices thanks to the Home Management System sewn into the walls of the development's buildings.
The new phase also includes numerous parking spaces in the underground garage hall and above-ground parking spaces, an electric vehicle charging station.
The last vacant flats ready for collection are still on offer! Meanwhile, another three buildings of Murapol Osiedle Zen are still under construction. So ultimately, the investment will comprise almost 350 apartments in 6 buildings.
