Three buildings of the Murapol Osiedle Zen development on Borkowska Street in Gdańsk have received occupancy permits, which means that residents can now collect the keys to their flats. The estate was built in the picturesque district of Orunia Górna – Gdańsk Południe, surrounded by green meadows, ensuring peace and comfort of living and proximity to nature, while providing quick access to the city centre.
The project comprises 346 flats of various sizes, ranging from 27 to 74 m², with 1 to 4 rooms in six 3-storey buildings.
