Great news has reached us! Three buildings of our Poznań-based Murapol Zielony Żurawiniec project have received occupancy permits. This will put the keys to 234 functional units in the hands of residents. We still have the last ready-to-commission units on offer.
Murapol Zielony Żurawiniec is a modern-designed housing estate located in the nature-rich Naramowice district of Poznań, on Sielawa Street. The development lies almost in the zone of the northern wedge of greenery and the Warta River valley, whose charm attracts strollers from all over the area. The estate is very well connected - only 1.5 km separates the investment from the northern bypass of Poznań, the Old Town can be reached in just 15 minutes by car or public transport. There are also grocery stores and educational institutions in the area.
The project includes more than 600 units in six 4-story and one 5-story buildings. In recent days, we announced the introduction of another 140 apartments in two 4-story buildings, along with underground garage halls, as well as outdoor parking spaces as part of the next phase of the project.
