Thanks to the effective and dynamically carried out work, occupancy permit has been granted for two buildings of the Bielsko-Biala-based Murapol Trzy Lipki project, developed on Muszlowa Street, in an extremely picturesque location overlooking the mountain ranges of the Beskids and the surrounding area.
The first stage of the project included 143 residential units along with numerous parking spaces. The ready-to-commission apartments are characterized by varied square meters from 41 to 80 sqm, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-room layouts, and also have balconies and terraces with gardens of up to 44 sqm. We have included units in completed buildings in the Housing Cashback program, under which you can receive 4% of the price of a property purchased this year.
At the same time, we are vigorously implementing two more buildings of the Bielsko estate. On buildings 2 and 3 we have already finished concreting the foundation slabs and are successively reinforcing and concreting the reinforced concrete walls.
