Four buildings of our Tychy-based Murapol Osiedle Fit project have been granted occupancy permits! This means that the project has been finalized and the keys to 352 modern and comfortable apartments have been handed over to residents.
Murapol Osiedle Fit is our third project in Tychy, excellently located on one of the city's main streets - Bielska Avenue. In recent years, developments in the vicinity of the project have included the Skałka shopping center and Wodny Park Tychy. Near the estate, one can find virtually everything needed in everyday life: grocery stores, service outlets, educational institutions, as well as bus and trolleybus stops. The development is also surrounded by a number of urban green spaces, such as Jaworek Park and Blessed Caroline Family Park.
The project includes compact studios and 2-, 3- and 4-room units. The apartments on the floors have balconies, and those on the first floors have terraces with gardens of up to 98 sqm. Residents will be able to enjoy eco-friendly and innovative amenities, such as an anti-smog package, a smart home option and an electric vehicle charging station. What's more, on the roof of one of the buildings an outdoor gym was created - an ideal place for active leisure. On the rest of the roof, we also designed a so-called green roof, which, among other things, purifies the air or lowers the ambient temperature.
Ready-to-commission apartments are still available, which means you can get the keys to them immediately after purchase.
