From January to September 2024, we concluded 2,084 development and preliminary agreements with retail customers. During this period, we handed over the keys to 1,720 units to retail customers. During the first nine months, we launched 3,194 units in 11 cities, including Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań, Gdańsk, the Silesian Agglomeration, as well as a new location on the map of operations - Lublin. As of September 30 this year, the Murapol Group's portfolio of projects under construction included a record 8,684 units under construction in 114 buildings developed as part of 31 projects in 15 Polish cities, including 7,321 units in the retail segment and 1,363 units in the PRS segment. As of the end of the third quarter, we had an active land bank for the construction of nearly 22,000 units with a total net floor area of about 946,000 square meters in 19 cities.
In more than 23 years of operation (until September 30, 2024), we have completed 85 multi-phase developments, with 441 buildings comprising a total of nearly 29.9 thousand units with a total usable area of nearly 1.33 million square meters.
