We summarize the past nine months with satisfaction - we can boast stable sales to retail customers, a wide range of residential units and an expanded portfolio of projects under development.
Net sales to retail customers and to the PRS, realized during the three quarters of this year, amounted to 2,478 units. During this period, we released 3,080 units - we handed over the keys to 2,234 units to retail customers, while 846 units were released to PRS/PBSA. From January to September, we introduced 2,615 units to our offer in 12 cities, both in new projects and further phases of ongoing projects. As of September 30, we had nearly 3,200 units on offer in 15 cities, and our portfolio of projects under construction included 6,252 units in 62 buildings under construction as part of 32 projects in 15 Polish cities. At the end of September, we had an active land bank for the construction of more than 20,600 apartments in 17 cities.
From the beginning of our operations until September 30, 2023, we completed 81 multi-phase real estate projects, with 411 buildings with nearly 27,200 units occupied by nearly 82,000 people.
