Two additional buildings in the Szafirowa Street development in Gliwice have received their occupancy permits. This means the apartments within them are ready for handovers and buyers can collect their keys and begin finishing their units.
The Murapol Osiedle Szafirove estate is being built in Stare Gliwice, surrounded by greenery and recreational areas. One of the development's most distinctive features is the "Żabie Oczko" (Frog’s Eye) pond, complete with a promenade and recreational zone, forming the natural heart of the estate. Another advantage of the location is its proximity to a stream connected to the Kłodnica River and the Las Dąbrowa nature reserve.
The two newly completed buildings house a total of 180 apartments, ranging in size from 27 to 82 m² and offering layouts of one to four rooms. Selected ground-floor units feature private gardens of up to 71 m². An anti-smog package comes as standard, and smart home solutions can be added to enhance everyday living comfort. The entire project will ultimately comprise 620 apartments across seven buildings.
The current offer includes apartments where keys can be collected immediately after purchase.
