Another PNU decision at Murapol Apartamenty na Wzgórzu
We have received the occupancy permit for another building at the Murapol Apartamenty na Wzgórzu estate on Klimontowska Street in Sosnowiec. This time we are putting 120 apartments and 1 commercial unit into the hands of customers.
The apartments within the completed stage have compact 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-room layouts and vary in size from 25 to 67 sqm. Selected flats are characterised by double-sided exposure and have up to 2 balconies or paved terraces with green gardens of up to 70 sqm.
Murapol Apartamenty na Wzgórzu are located at the highest point of the city, from where you can see the picturesque panorama of the Silesian Beskid. It takes just 5 minutes to get to the city centre and only a quarter of an hour to get to Katowice. The development is surrounded by single-family houses, so you can feel like you are in your dream home.
An anti-smog package is included as standard in each flat, ensuring a constant supply of clean air inside. The Home Management System, meanwhile, allows you to use state-of-the-art smart home devices, including controlling heating, water valves and lighting, among other things.
