We obtained occupancy permits for two further buildings of Murapol’s investment Nadmorskie Tarasy. Earlier, at J. Śmidowicz St. we handed over a pool of over 250 apartments in three cosy buildings. Currently, our offer includes the last available apartments in buildings with occupancy permits, as well as premises in the next building under construction.
In the new two buildings, located just 2 kilometres form the Baltic coast, there are 151 apartments waiting to be handed over to their future tenants. The estate is also located close to the centre of Gdynia. Therefore, it’s a solution perfect for those willing to actively use the advantages of the coast, as well as those appreciating the charms of the city. All standard apartments have been equipped with anti-smog packages, moreover, each building uses the HMS system, allowing the use of smart-home solutions. Ultimately, the estate will include 8 buildings with over 620 apartments.
