Over the past 12 months, GK Murapol has signed 2914 pre-development and pre-development agreements with retail customers, compared to 2889 in 2023 (an increase of 0.9%). In addition, as of December 31, 2024, the Company had 161 paid-for reservation agreements after waivers were eliminated. Additionally, in 2024, the developer sold 948 premises in the PRS segment (institutional lease, in the design&build formula). Summing up the sales results of GK Murapol, total net sales in both segments (retail and PRS) in 2024 amounted to 3,862 premises in 2024, and in addition, including paid reservation agreements and after the elimination of the waivers, the total sales for GK Murapol amounted to 4,023.
The group recorded a higher rate of key transfers than in the previous year. In 2024, 2,915 locations in 15 cities were transferred to retail customers compared to 2,801 in 2023 (an increase of 4.1%). In addition, 670 locations were transferred in the PRS segment.
In the past year, a wide and attractive offer of apartments and investment apartments was made available to customers, which as of 31/12/2024 included more than 4.6 thousand premises.
At the end of 2024, GK Murapol had a large, diversified and regularly renewed land bank for the construction of more than 19.3 thousand premises.
As of December 31, the expanded portfolio of projects in progress included nearly 7,800 premises in 14 cities.
