The Murapol Group, one of the largest and most experienced residential developers in Poland, handed over 2,915 units to retail customers in 2024 (+4.1% y/y). Sales revenues amounted to PLN 1,330 million (+9.4% y/y), and the Group's net profit reached PLN 242 million (+10.4% y/y).
Despite the observed market uncertainty and a weaker sector, the Group signed 2,914 development and preliminary contracts. The largest number of apartments in the development segment were sold in Łódź - 623, Poznań - 550 and Gdańsk - 449. The most popular units priced up to PLN 600,000 accounted for nearly 90% of the Group's total sales. In addition, the Group sold 948 units in the PRS (institutional rental) segment, so that the total number of units sold in both segments, i.e. to the retail customer and in the PRS segment, in 2024 reached 3,862 units.
In 2024, Murapol introduced 3,911 apartments and investment suites in 13 cities. The largest number of units was introduced in Gdansk - 893, Lodz - 514 and Lublin - 332. The Murapol Group has one of the largest active land banks in the market, allowing for the construction of 19,344 units.
