One of the two buildings being developed as part of the Murapol Scarpa development in Gdańsk has obtained an occupancy permit. This means that the 83 apartments in this development are now ready for occupancy, and buyers can collect their keys and begin finishing their units. The last available apartments in the completed building are currently on offer. Completion of the second development is planned for the first quarter of 2026.
Murapol Scarpa is being built on Kartuska Street, in the Siedlecki Stream valley, at the foot of Winna Góra, in the immediate vicinity of the Main Town. The location offers proximity to Gdańsk's historical and cultural attractions, such as the Upland Gate, Neptune Fountain, and the modern Forum Gdańsk shopping center, while also providing a peaceful and green living space.
The development comprises two 6-story buildings with 282 apartments featuring functional layouts ranging from 1 to 4 rooms and areas ranging from 25 to 81 m². Apartments on the upper floors will have balconies – up to two in the case of selected units, while selected apartments on the ground floors will have terraces paved with cobblestones and green gardens with an area of up to 104 square meters.
Modern technological solutions will enhance residents' daily comfort, including a standard anti-smog package and an optional smart home system enabling remote control of lighting, heating, and water valves. The development will also include underground parking garages and commercial spaces.
