Murapol Scarpa is a unique apartment investment designed in the valley of the Siedlecki stream, which leads along Kartuska Street straight to the Main City. On the slopes of Winna Góra, at the foot of which Murapol Scarpa will arise, centuries ago people used to cultivate grapevines and run vineyards. Nowadays, the hill is a viewing point and presents a new perspective on Gdańsk with its most symbolic landmarks.

  • The anti-smog package ensures a steady flow of fresh air in the apartment. Filters installed in window ventilators eliminate not only air pollution but also allergens, plant pollen and even insects.
  • Decorative furniture panels made from durable laminate, premium mosaic plaster or durable stoneware are only some of the elements constituting the high-quality of finishing of common areas. The entrance halls also feature large mirrors and aesthetic stainless mailboxes.
  • The staircases and halls are also equipped with energy-saving LED lighting, thanks to which the building maintenance costs will be reduced.
  • Residential units above ground floor will have up to two spacious balconies. Moreover, apartments on the 5th and 6th floor offer additional outdoor space in the form of large patios with an area of up to 37 square meters. Designed using thermal insulation connectors, the balconies also prevent heat loss.
  • Patios paved with cobblestones with green gardens with an area of up to 104 square metres will belong to ground floor apartments.

  • Murapol Scarpa is perfectly located in terms of communication. The investment is nearby the longest street in Gdańsk – 12 km long Kartuska Street. It starts in Kartuzy town and carries on up until the place where the historic Gate of New Gardens stands, at the entrance to Gdańsk’s Śródmieście (downtown).
  • It only takes 5 minutes to drive to the Main City, thanks to the closeness of Kartuska Street.
  • Such a good location allows for smooth communication in the direction of the central part of the city, the seaside strip or the north of Tri-City.
  • The nearest tram stop – “Skrajna” – with lines number 10 and 12, is located merely 150 meters away from the investment (a 2-minute walk) and brings you to the Highland Gate in only 10 minutes.
  • In the vicinity of Murapol Scarpa, there is a number of bus lines available (e.g., no. 167, 267, 168, 174, 175).
  • The nearest railway station – “Gdańsk Główny” – is a 5-minute drive away by car.
  • You can get to the airport in Gdańsk in just 15 minutes.
  • You can arrive at Gdańsk’s Śródmieście, filled with a multitude of cultural-and-entertainment attractions, restaurants, cafés and beautiful architecture, in just 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike and 12 minutes by public transport.
  • You can get to the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk or the European Solidarity Centre in around 10 minutes by car.
  • The Stogi or Brzezno Beaches are a 20-minute drive away.
  • It takes only 12 minutes to reach Gdańsk arena, a modern stadium which holds both national and international matches and concerts. The drive to Ergo Arena, on the other hand, takes 20 minutes.
  • Surrounding the investment, there are also many urban green areas, including among others “Na Zboczu” park, “Bema” park and “Śródmieście” park.
  • The Hevelianum, which is an interactive science centre located on the premises of a park and a former fort, is also in the close proximity to the investment.

  • You can get to the nearest supermarket in 3 minutes by car.
  • The modern shopping centre Forum Gdańsk, with 200 shops and service points and food courts, is only a 5-minute car ride away from the investment.
  • Within 3 minutes you can also reach the nearby smaller-scale shopping mall “Kartuska”.
  • Equally close there is the Galeria Morena shopping mall, in which you can find almost 80 shops, a restaurant area and an entertainment area.
  • The nearest nursery and kindergarten are within 400 metres of the investment, although within 1 kilometre there are at least a few more, both public and private.
  • Within a 400-metre radius there are two primary schools.
  • You can reach the nearest secondary school no. 8 (VIII Liceum Ogólnokształcące), which is characteristic for its impressive neogothic building, in a mere 7-minute walk.
