It also enables an easy access to national road no. 14. Merely 600 metres west there is national road no. 91 (Jan Paweł II Avenue).
- Within a few hundred metres there are a number of tram stops (lines 15 and 16) and bus stops (lines 55, 72 and 77) allowing residents to comfortbaly move around in every direction of the city.
- Piotrkowska Street, which is the central route and the longest street across Łódź at the same time, lies within 1 km from the investment (15 min on foot).
- The nearest train station is the Kaliska Łódź station located 1.8 km away from the investment.
- Only 200 m away there is the entertainment and shopping centre Sukcesja with a cinema and a bowling arena.

- In 15 minutes by car, we can reach the famous Manufaktura, and in just 6 minutes we will reach the Galeria Łódzka shopping centre.
- The nearest nursery is 1 km away (15 min on foot).
- In the vicinity of Piotrkowska Street there are many kindergardens, with the nearest being 500 metres away.
- Within 2 km of the investment there are as many as 5 primary schools and 5 high schools.
- In the vicinity of the investment lies the campus of the Technical University of Łódź, which includes a sports centre and the departments of mathematics, medicine, mechanics, material technology, IT or biotechnology. Right next to it, you will find the university library and student dormitories.
