Murapol Helio is a dream place for those wishing to live a modern life amidst the rustle of trees, surrounded by extensive forest areas conducive to recreational outdoor activities. The project has been designed in the rapidly developing Jar estate on Heweliusza Street, as well as in the vicinity of a new tram terminal perfectly connecting the district with the city centre.
Inspired by eminent astronomers such as John Hevelius and Nicolaus Copernicus and their achievements, we have created a project that shows the way in the northern part of Toruń.

- The flats on the 2nd floor are double-storey due to the designed spacious mezzanine floors of up to 49 sq.m. The height of these premises reaches up to 5.5 m!

- The nearest railway station Toruń Katarzynka is a 10-minute bike ride away.
- One of the main arteries of the city - Grudziądzka Street - can be reached in 3 minutes by car.

- Park na Jarze, as a great place for recreation and leisure, is just a 3-minute bike ride away.
