It is time to summarize our activity after 9 months of 2022. The numbers show that we are keeping stable the numbers of apartments under construction and in permitting processes. We are also active in the field of land acquisition, using our skills to renew our active land bank.
In the three quarters of 2022, Murapol CG sold a total of 2,665 residential apartments. In the analyzed period, we handed over the keys to 2,649 apartments, and introduced 2,106 apartments to the offer.
At the end of the third quarter of this year, the Murapol Group's portfolio of projects under construction included 6,712 apartments in 70 buildings under construction as part of 23 projects in 13 Polish cities. As of September 30, we had an active land bank for the construction of more than 20,400 apartments.
Over the more than 21 years of activity, the Murapol CG has completed 77 multi-stage investments, with 370 buildings comprising a total of more than 23.5 thousand apartments with a total usable area of more than one million square meters.
