Residential Cashback 2024

The Residential Cashback programme meets the needs of people who would like to get into possession of their own flat or investment apartment as soon as possible and at a lower price!

We have selected investments in which the selected units are available now or will be ready for delivery in 2024. By choosing one of the hundreds of flats and investment apartments, you can get a return of 3% of the value of the unit you paid for.

How to benefit from the Residential Cashback programme?

Contact your advisor

Fill in the contact form below, selecting the investment you are interested in.

Sign the contract and make the payment

Make an appointment with your advisor at the sales office and sign the contract for the purchase of the chosen unit. Then pay the full price of the apartment by 31.12.2024 and pick up the keys!

Submit an application and receive cashback

Within 14 days of signing the contract of transfer of ownership/sale agreement of the premises, submit an application for payment of the bonus to your account. Up to 30 days after the application arrives, we will pay 3% of the gross price of the purchased premises (less any tax) to your account.
