The ‘Apartment without own contribution’ project is a solution proposed by the Polish government as part of the New Deal, aimed at helping people who want to buy an apartment or house for a mortgage and earn enough to pay off monthly loan instalments, but do not have their own contribution required by banks - a condition necessary to obtain a loan.
Our properties covered by the promotion and potentially meeting the criteria of the government project are included in investments offered in 5 cities - Bydgoszcz, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Poznań and Siewierz.
