- Złocień is very well connected. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the 4th Kraków Bypass (S7 or A4).
- 250 m from the housing development runs Półłanki Street enabling efficient communication between Bieżanów and Nowa Huta.
- There are two railway stations in the area: Kraków Złocień and Kraków Bieżanów. The investment is only 900 m from Kraków Złocień station, which is a 12-minute walk. Whereas the journey between Kraków Złocień and Kraków Główny takes only a quarter of an hour.
- 500 m from the investment (7-minute walk) there is also a bus termina served by the lines 125 and 605 (night). Travel time by bus on the route Złocień - Dworzec Główny Wschód is 35 min..
- Another alternative is the Mały Płaszów P+R tram terminal, 5.5 km away (7 minutes by car), where you can leave your car for free and continue your journey by tram. It is worth adding that the city is planning to build a tram line to the Złocień district in the future.
- One of the major advantages of the housing development is the public park zone within the area of the investment, where there is a playground, outdoor gym, deck chairs, benches, walking paths and plenty of greenery - a unique space designed for both spending free time actively and relaxing.

- Residents will be able to do larger purchases at a discount grocery shop 450 m away.
- In moderate traffic, the largest shopping centre in the city, Bonarka, can already be reached in a quarter of an hour by car.
- Almost opposite the housing development is the Primary School no. 20. It is a state-of-the-art facility opened only in 2023 and accommodates around 600 students. Besides the football ground next to the school, the school offers an innovative sports ground on the roof of the sports hall.
- This is an ideal location for parents with children, as there are several kindergartens and prekindergarten, both non-public and municipal, within 200-600m.
- The nearest secondary school is the 15th General Secondary School, at a distance of 5 km (10 min by car).
- The Jagiellonian University on Gołębia Street and the Jagiellonian University campus on Ruczaj can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. The Cracow University of Techology, the University of Economics or the Academy of Fine Arts are located at a very similar distance. The closest is the University of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University (approx. 15 min by car).
