We are expanding our offer with further stages of investment in Cracow – Murapol Mateczniq on Rydlówka Street in Stare Podgórze and Murapol GreenCity on Agatowa Street in Złocień, with a total of over 200 flats. The offer of our investment in Siewierz is growing by over 80 units.
As part of the second stage of Murapol Mateczniq, which is being built right next to Wilga, near the former Antoni Mateczny health resort, an intimate building with 38 modern flats with compact layouts has been added to the offer. It is the last of four buildings designed as part of this project. The three buildings completed so far comprise 190 flats.
The Murapol GreenCity development is being built in Złocień, Cracow, on Agatowa Street. The newly added building offers 168 residential units. The estate will be enriched with a professional outdoor gym, Murapol Gym, with weights, and a public park with walking paths, a playground and a relaxation area, which will encourage active recreation and integration among residents. Both Cracow investments will include bicycle storage rooms and storage units for residents.
As part of the Murapol Siewierz Jeziorna investment, which is being gradually expanded on Jeziorna Street in Siewierz, we have added two more buildings to our offer, comprising a total of 84 flats. This is the next stage of the housing estate, which is being built in the vicinity of the Przeczycko-Siewierskie Lagoon and combines classic architecture with the unique character of this location.
