Stable sales, a wide and attractive range of apartments and investment suites and a record portfolio of projects under development - it's time to summarize our operating activities in the first three months of 2024!
Total net sales to retail customers amounted to 912 units. From January to March this year, we handed over the keys to 752 apartments to retail customers. During this period, we introduced 1,893 units in 6 cities, i.e. Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań, Silesian Agglomeration, as well as a new location on the map of operations - Lublin. As of March 31 this year, we had 4,700 units on offer in 15 cities, and our portfolio of projects under construction included a record 7,005 units under construction as part of 25 projects in 13 Polish cities. We are systematically renewing and expanding our active land bank. At the end of the first quarter, we had an active land bank for the construction of nearly 20,400 units with a total net floor area of nearly 885,000 sqm in 16 cities.
In more than 23 years of operation, we have completed 84 multi-phase developments with 429 buildings comprising a total of more than 28.7 thousand units with a total usable area of more than 1.27 million square meters.
