Permission for use has been granted for two buildings constructed as part of our Murapol Osiedle Akademickie project in Bydgoszcz. Thus, we are issuing keys to 170 functional and well-placed units, several dozen of which are still on offer.
Murapol Osiedle Akademickie is a modern property under construction in the Nowy Fordon district of Bydgoszcz. The investment is located between the campus of the Bydgoszcz University of Technology and the recreational areas of the future Academic Park. Residents will find numerous stores, service outlets, kindergartens, nurseries and restaurants in the neighborhood.
Ready-to-commission units are available in a wide range of square meters and layouts, from studios to 4-room units. All apartments on the floors have spacious balconies, and those designed on the first floor - terraces paved with pavers and green gardens. A Home Management System installation has been built into the buildings of the project, allowing the use of smart home technology through the Murapol Appartme application. In turn, the apartments feature anti-smog filters that will ensure clean air in each unit.
Motorized residents can use both underground and above-ground parking spaces. The development will also feature a charging station for electric vehicles, bicycle racks and a playground for children. In addition, out of concern for the environment, energy-efficient LED lighting has been installed in the buildings' common areas.
Murapol Osiedle Akademickie is our first project in Bydgoszcz. Ultimately, the investment will consist of eight buildings in an intimate development, with 680 modern apartments planned. More information on Murapol Osiedle Akademickie can be found here.
