The occupancy permit was issued for buildings 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the Murapol Siewierz Jeziorna project. Thus, we hand over the keys to over 130 finished apartments in the hands of customers! We still have the last ready apartments on offer!
Murapol Siewierz Jeziorna is an investment located at Jeziorna Street in Siewierz. It is implemented as part of the first sustainable district project in Poland - close to the commercial and service offer and full of ecological solutions. It is being built right next to the Przeczycko-Siewierski Lagoon, surrounded by greenery. In intimate 3-storey buildings, 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments with an area of 27 to 64 sq m have been designed. So far, we have put into use 9 buildings with over 180 apartments here.
