Another new investment introduced for pre-sale is Murapol Osiedle Verde, which will be built in Poznan's Żegrze district, on Wagrowska Street, next to the picturesque Armii Krajowej Estate Park. The last of the three launched investments is Murapol Osiedle Ferrovia. The intimate property, designed at Konduktorska Street in Wroclaw, is a complex of 30 single-family detached 2-story buildings and 18 single-family terraced 2-story buildings. All developments will be equipped with HMS technology, enabling smart home installation. An anti-smog package will be provided as standard for each apartment. Eco package will also include electric car charging stations and bicycle racks in Murapol Osiedle Verde and Murapol Argentum.
