How to protect savings from galloping inflation? Is this a good time to invest in real estate? Market experts were looking for answers to these and other questions during the webinar "Investing in residential real estate through the eyes of an analyst and practitioner", which took place last Thursday, June 30.
During the webinar, co-organized by the Association of Individual Investors, the issues of investing in real estate, the current market situation, real estate prices in the coming future, as well as investment in apartments in terms of lease and protection of capital value were discussed.
Dr. Iwona Sroka, a member of the Management Board of the Murapol Group, started the meeting by presenting the situation on the housing developer market from the point of view of one of the leading companies in the industry.
The speaker was also Radosław Chodkowski - an individual investor, stock market analyst and author of the blog "Humanista on the stock exchange". In his investment approach, he is mainly guided by the indications of technical analysis, using trends and price swings. Radosław Chodkowski talked mainly about the methods of investing in real estate as well as the conclusions from previous decades and crisis situations.
On the other hand, Rafał Skonieczny, the regional sales director at the Murapol Group, analyzed the ROI from renting a flat, which has a key impact on the amount of this indicator and what types of premises are most often chosen by investment clients and why.
