After the first half of the year, we can boast stable sales, a nearly 25% increase in handovers, an expanded portfolio of projects under development, and more than 3,100 new units on offer.
Net sales to retail customers, realized in the first six months of this year, amounted to 1,539 units. During this period, we released 2,261 units. Keys to 1,592 units were handed over to retail customers, and 669 units were handed over to PRS/PBSA. From January to the end of June, we introduced 1,831 residential units in 10 cities, including the new 18th location on the map of operations - Chorzow. As of June 30 this year, our portfolio of projects under construction included 6,126 units in 71 buildings under construction as part of 32 projects in 14 Polish cities. At the end of the first half of the year, we had an active land bank for the construction of more than 22,200 apartments.
Over the course of more than 22 years of operations, the Murapol CG has completed 80 multi-stage investments, with 404 buildings comprising a total of more than 26.6 thousand units with a total usable area of nearly 1.18 million square meters.
