Basic information about Murapol Group
The Murapol Group has been present on the residential property market in Poland since 2001, which makes it one of the most experienced residential developers in Poland. Since the beginning of its activities, up until 31 December 2022 Murapol Group has sold 24.7 thousand apartments, while its investment map covers the total of 17 cities, both agglomerations, and smaller locations with the potential to run development activities.
Since 13 February 2020 the majority shareholder, owning 98.04 percent of shares of Murapol SA is the AEREF V PL Investment S.à.r.l., a company belonging to the international Ares group, advised by Griffin Real Estate.
Murapol Group has become one of the largest entities operating in that sector in Poland in terms of the number of sold apartments (i.e. apartments subject to property development agreements or preliminary purchase agreements) and apartments handed over to clients. From the commencement of its business operations in 2001 to 31 December 2022, the Murapol Group sold 24,700 units.
National Investment Map
The Group has the most diversified geographic footprint among residential developers in Poland. The map of investment projects (which includes projects that have been completed, are under construction or in the pipeline/ planned) comprises 17 cities in Poland – both in the largest residential markets such as the Silesian agglomeration (Katowice, Gliwice, Sosnowiec, Mikołów and Tychy), Poznań, Łódź, Gdynia, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Kraków and Warsaw, as well as in several smaller regional cities, including Bielsko-Biała, Bydgoszcz, Siewierz, Toruń and Wieliczka.
